Jessica Brouillard

Prior to joining our team, Jessica attended Franklin Pierce University where she played volleyball and attained her bachelor's degree in psychology. Her love of learning drew her to taking more classes within the early childhood field. Jessica received her child development associate from Ellis University, and also took classes on leadership and management in the early childhood setting from Fisher College. She started with us as a Toddler Teacher in 2007 and quickly showed her ability to lead. Jessica took the opportunity to be an Infant/Toddler Program Specialist, where she was an integral part of building a great team of teachers and being a support system to her staff and the families within her program. Jessica then took on the role of being the Assistant Director here at our school for three years; in this role, she learned how to run the day to day operations of the center. Jessica has the innate ability to make you feel at home from your first interaction with her and we are so lucky to have her as such an important part of our school. After the birth of her second son, Jessica returned after maternity leave to be the Director of our center. Her pride and passion has always been with people - and how to make them feel the most comfortable when leaving their precious children with us. Every day she comes to work with a drive to make a difference for children and families. They say you'll never work a day in your life if you love what you do, and that is exactly how Jessica feels about being a part of the KinderCare family.
